Service Description

Engage in our two-on-one group personalized strength training session at $70 per session per person, designed to build muscle and enhance fitness levels. Our expert trainers will guide you through efficient workout routines tailored to your fitness goals. You will also receive access to our nutrition program, and a training app that will provide all other personalized workouts for non session days.


Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel or reschedule a session with at least 24 hours' notice. If less than 24 hours notice is given, the session will be considered used and charged in full. Clients training once per week may cancel up to 1 session per month without charge. Unused cancellations do not roll over to the following month. If a client misses a group session and wishes to reschedule as a one-on-one session, they may do so by paying the difference in rate.
